The women we are becoming.
I’m a Nurse Practitioner, and I believe in taking a holistic approach to wellness — looking at the whole person, not just one part of the picture. That belief led me to become a holistic nutritionist with a focus on functional medicine, and it continues to shape the way I think about beauty and everyday life.
I started Glass House Cosmetics for women who want clean products without beauty feeling medicalized. Makeup can be simple, beautiful, and part of a real day — something that brings a little joy, not another standard to live up to.
I’m a mother of three, a wife, and the owner of a health practice focused on women’s health. Before children, I played soccer and loved travelling, especially spontaneous trips. Now our trips are a little more planned, with a little less spontaneity in this season. I still practice fitness everyday: focusing on strength training with a love for the Peloton cycling. Whether I'm going to the gym for a work out, work, or to acro dance practice with my girls or baseball with my son, life is full of colour.
I want Glass House to feel like a friendly, beautiful place to come back to — for all of us.
